I had been the project manager for re-designing an unused room into a state-of-the-art classroom space with technology and furniture to highlight new styles of teaching.

The new space included monitors, a WolfVision Cynap, interactive whiteboard, and more.

We met with faculty to introduce them to our services and to show off the re-design of the new space. I coordinated the open house for the space. I worked with a vendor to provide food, contacted vendors to provide giveaways, and found ways to get faculty to actively participate through games and social media. We had different groups within OIT to provide tables demonstrating different services for faculty.
