Writer, Editor, Technical Writer

I am the editor and main writer for our monthly eNewsletter for Instructors and Researchers. I am also the primary writer and editor for the news articles appearing on the oit.utk.edu website. In addition, I write and/or edit many of the other articles that OIT publishes in university newsletters and social media.

I write the tweets and posts for our Twitter and Facebook groups. After COVID-19, we stopped posting on Facebook in an attempt to simplify our communication with users.

In addition to writing news and marketing documents, I also write many of our technical knowledge base articles, training documents, webpages, and guides.

Recently, I was the project manager to create the website classrooms.utk.edu to support faculty teaching in different classrooms on campus and wrote all of the documentation for the site.
